UK Safari - A terrific and informative website which contains just about all you need to know about British wildlife. There is also a wealth of internet links to other sites of interest. Well worth a visit.

BBC Country File Magazine - Dragonfly Images is now a featured site in the BBC's Country File Magazine "Top 50 UK Wildlife Websites" for 2009, it can be found in the bugs section. The Country File website is full of interesting facts and articles.

Basingstoke Canal Authority - The Basingstoke Canal is a very valuable site for Odonata species. Visit the website of the managing authority which contains many varied pages on everthing from boating, leisure activites and wildlife.

Moor Green Lakes Group - A local nature reserve on the Hampshire, Surrey and Bershire borders. Full of useful information on the wildlife within the reserve, why not become a member?

UK Butterflies - This is a terrific site and contains just about everything you will ever need to know about British Butterflies. This site is featured in the BBC's Country File top 50 wildlife websites of 2009.

Buglife - The Invertebrate Conservation Trust - This site will tell you all you need to know about our UK bugs and the conservation work being undertaken to protect their future. The Bumble Bee Conservation Trust - Another fascinating site about our 24 native UK Bumble Bee species and the work being undertaken for their conservation. This site is featured in the BBC's Country File top 50 wildlife websites of 2009.

Keith Talbot Photography - Keith lives close to Hampshire's New Forest. His site contains some excellent galleries including a good range of odonata from that area.

Patchwatch - Visit Paul Winter's nature pages. There are some excellent images and a guide to Odonata sites in southern Hampshire.

East Riding Dragonflies - The web site of the Yorkshire Branch of the British Dragonfly Society. This a really useful site for information on Odonata species, their habitats, identification and much more.

Canon Cameras - The home page of Canon UK. All of my photography has been with the aid of Canon DSLR's. I have now owned and used successfully the EOS 30D, 40D and now the 50D. All are thoroughly recommended in this field of photography. They are mid range models and offer a creative ability without breaking the bank.

Sigma Imaging - Sigma offer some really good models at reasonable prices. Well worth a visit, not everyone can afford branded lenses.
